Mixers & More Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Returns:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, you must have the receipt, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging.

Timeframe:

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date.

Refund Options:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or provide store credit, depending on your preference and the terms of the policy.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exceptions:

- Discontinued or Special Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

- Opened items

- Items with visible signs of wear or damage.

Exchanges:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging.

Timeframe:

All exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date.

Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at mixersandmore.ut@gmail.com or 801-871-5803 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Exchange for items of equal or lesser value:

If you choose to exchange for an item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method. If you choose to exchange for an item of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Gift Returns:

Gift Receipts:

If the item was purchased as a gift and you have a gift receipt, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Without Gift Receipt:

If the item was purchased as a gift without a gift receipt, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Contact our customer service team at mixersandmore.ut@gmail.com or 801-871-5803 to initiate the return or exchange process and obtain an RMA number (if required).

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

- Include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Important Notes:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once we receive the item.
